PAINT-OUT – DEMONSTRATION
The PORTLAND, OREGON PAINT-OUT Event includes painting at Cathedral Park along the beautiful Willamette River, a Kevin Macpherson painting demonstration, and an inspiring lecture to fill the entire day with the “art spirit.” All appreciators of art, young and old and all levels of painting experience are welcome. The fundamentals apply to all mediums. Bring an outdoor easel and your sense of humor. Kevin will keep you laughing all the while you learn. Take advantage of this first time Kevin is painting Portland, Oregon. Kevin’s artambassador.org foundation offers Art to underprivileged children around the world and Kevin presents his FREE Art Spirit Saturday Paint Out programs throughout the USA. Take advantage of a passionate well-known art instructor coming to your home turf.

Kevin invites all artists and art enthusiasts alike to observe his demonstration, plein air techniques and hints. Soak in theart spirit for a day that will be remembered.Bring a small campstool, hat and sun block, it never rains in Portland I am told.
Noon – 1:00 PM
Bring your own picnic lunch. Relax and talk art with your friends.
1:00 – 4:00 PM
Spend the afternoon painting the surroundings while Kevin makes his rounds and offers some encouraging words to guide you towards successful future paintings. Kevin’s compassionate, often humorous critiques will be an invaluable gift to all.
